Job Description
Integrated Solutions is a proud dealer of Xplore Internet, Shaw Direct, and Rogers Cable. We are seeking experienced Telecommunication Technicians to join our team as full-time employees doing Rogers Cable. Candidates must provide a dependable personal vehicle for daily work-related travel. This role offers full-time employment with a competitive piece-rate compensation structure. Vehicle-related expenses may be tax-deductible.
Applicable skills and experience:
Have a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Be ready to join the team, integrating with all other parts of the company.
Be able to work independently, without supervision.
Have a Mobile Device (for organization, communication, and other work-related functions).
Be familiar with desktops, mobile devices, various apps, etc., and be willing to learn new systems.
Knowledge and skills to upload photos to work invoices.
Be comfortable working at heights, and outdoors.
Have experience in telecommunications, or related fields.
Additionally, the right applicant will require:
Own a personal vehicle that is suitable for the role where carrying a 28ft ladder is required (Van, Truck, SUV).
Online training and certification (to be completed during training period).
Physical capacity to lift 60 lbs.
Clean Criminal Record Check.
Ability to track mileage and keep records for tax purposes (T2200 provided if required)

Technicians using their personal vehicle may be eligible for tax deductions on work-related vehicle expenses, including fuel, insurance, and maintenance.
During the training period, you will develop a comprehensive and thorough understanding of our systems, and installation process, as well as our partners’ (Shaw, Rogers and Xplore) standards and support network. During this training session you will be paid an hourly rate. Once training is completed and management has deemed you ready for the field, you will transition into our piece rate payment model.
Hours of Operations are Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Alternative schedules can be discussed and considered for the right candidate.
