We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as an In-House Legal Advisor.
Responsibilities
• Draft, research, and negotiate legal documents on behalf of the company for various internal and external matters.
• Drafting and responding to legal notices and mails
• Drafting legal documents like plaints, written statements, and applications for courts (including consumer courts).
• Prepare applications for government departments and private institutions.
• Represent the company in court proceedings.
• Review and draft legal agreements.
• Provide legal opinions and interact with employees and clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
• 3-5 years of experience (corporate legal environment in construction sector preferable).
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Client dealing

Preferred Skills
• Good understanding of IT, IPR, Civil and labor laws procedures apart from basic understanding of other governing laws.
