You will be responsible for providing commercial and legal advice across the company's portfolio of assets. This includes managing, advising, assisting, reporting, and record-keeping of legal and corporate matters in an accurate, timely, effective, professional, and commercially focused manner.
Assisting with drafting, advising, and negotiating agreements;
Assisting with compliance and policy; leasing; management, and much more.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you are a commercial property lawyer with 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) gained at a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment.
In addition, you will have strong technical knowledge of property law and be commercially focused.
