What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
• You will be working closely with the management team to bring the departmental vision to live.
You will lead and motivate the In Room Dining team to enhance performance and service standards.
You will ensure that the In-Room Dining menu and environment is consistent with a 5 star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations
• You'll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

• Previous experience as an In Room Dining Supervisor within a luxury hospitality environment.
