The Role

Managing, motivating and developing your team in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines

Ensuring compliance of all HR related matter – Health & Safety, policies, procedures, benefits

Planning and managing the rosters for the store team

Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team for recruitment process and Payroll team for payroll system fortnightly

Coordinating and discussing with management team on talent management, retention and succession planning

Managing employee performance and organizing staff engagement activities and meetings

Supporting HR operations tasks including but not limited to onboarding procedure, exit interview, training plan and performance review

Taking ownership of store HR budget and analyzing efficiency to achieve the company’s objective

Work closely with the store management team to provide HR strategy, employee relations, organizational needs and to drive HR projects and people initiatives

Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace.

About You

3 or more years management experience in the retail industry

Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about leading your team to success and providing an exceptional customer experience

Experience managing a large team and creating a positive and inclusive culture

Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team

Familiar with MS Office, Word Processing & PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail and high level of organization

Working experience in Human Resources field is an advantage
