Responsibilities:
As a Manager in the Data Engineering practice, you will lead teams and client engagements to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade data platforms. You’ll drive data modernization initiatives involving data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses on Azure, AWS, and Databricks. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on technical depth, and client management experience. Roles & Responsibilities: · Architect and oversee end-to-end data engineering solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. · Design data lakehouse, data warehouse, and data integration frameworks using Azure, Databricks, and other cloud platforms. · Lead teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines. · Define best practices for data governance, lineage, quality, and cost optimization. · Collaborate with client leadership to shape data strategy and modernization roadmaps. · Provide technical mentorship to Senior Associates and Associates. · Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. · Stay updated with emerging tools in data engineering and recommend adoption. Skills Required: · 8–12 years of experience in data engineering with proven leadership in project delivery. · Strong expertise in Azure ecosystem (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS). · Experience designing and deploying data lakehouse and ETL architectures. · Hands-on knowledge of PySpark, SQL, Python, and cloud data architecture.
· Working knowledge of AWS or GCP data services is a plus. · Strong understanding of data governance, security, and DevOps for data. · Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills. ·
