Position Summary

The Account Executive at Culture Studio is the key to the relationship between customers and the company. The person in this position is a subject matter expert in services and product offerings. The AE should be able to close on inbound opportunities, build relationships with existing clients to grow sales, and always work towards customer engagement. It is essential to maintain excellent customer service and stay persistent and aggressive with our current client base. This role's growth will depend on the drive the sales representative brings to the role. The sky's the limit.

The Account Executive is focused on closing inbound business and transitioning the relationship to the Account Management team.

Impeccable response rate on all inbound opportunities to reach a closed deal

Discovery meetings and client planning

Execute quotes, close business deals

Position Duties

Identify opportunities that circulate through inbound opportunities, including email requests, phone calls, social media messaging, and referrals.

Determine customer engagement and needs and propose appropriate offerings

Meet or exceed the new business sales goals

Consistently review our client database and stay up to date with when clients last worked with us and engage them for new opportunities

.Prepare and deliver sales estimates and follow up with key decision-makers

Prepare creative lookbooks for potential clients as needed

Utilize the Stokkup industry software to create estimates and take payments

Utilize the company’s CRM system on a daily basis: scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles

Follow Account management sales structure in providing all necessary information for successful project management

Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly

Regularly meet with the Chief Revenue Officer & Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

Qualify/Disqualify potential clients

Work closely with internal team members to create accurate quotes & Review with clients accordingly to come to a closed deal.

Be the face of the shop; helpful, organized, professional, problem solver

Plan& Manage a sales pipeline toward winning deals

Deliver Exceptional customer service experience

Qualifications/Skills

2+ Years of industry knowledge

2+ Years of previous experience in an outbound sales role

2+ Years of Customer service experience

Ability to communicate with external parties frequently to discuss product strategies

Strong interest and knowledge of pop culture, impactful brands, and key social media trends and influencers

Strong attention to detail and organization to keep up with product changes through the development and production process

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
