About the Role
We are seeking energetic, fluent English-speaking Call Center Agents to handle US-based outbound and inbound calls during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a friendly and professional phone manner, and experience in customer support or telemarketing.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and support to US-based clients/customers.
Maintain high call quality and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
Previous experience in a US calling process (sales, support, or lead generation).
Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment (for remote roles).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Experience in BPO/call center industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
