We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team for a short-term, 15-day project involving night shift work. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success during the project. As a Night Shift Inbound Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in our short-term project by assisting customers through inbound calls during the night shift. This project offers a great opportunity for those who are available for a temporary commitment and can work during night hours. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy 2. Attend and complete training sessions to familiarize yourself with project-specific information and customer service protocols 3.
