Work collaboratively with supervisors and teammates to meet daily metrics

Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Entry-level friendly — no experience required (training provided!)
Basic computer navigation skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Team-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
