Our dedicated Enrolments Team are professional individuals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of customer service with our families. We select our team based on knowledge and core values, and commitment to providing families with the best possible childcare for their children.
The position is a permanent position, 5 days, 37.5 hours a week and based at our Robina Head Office.
About the role:
Respond to all incoming enquiries via phone, within 24 hours
Taking inbound calls and managing inbound call queue
Data inputting of enrolments in our CRM system and QikKids
Maintain weekly reporting and system management.
Following up after tours for feedback and walking parents through the enrolment process
Maintain and update the waitlist, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with prospective families.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrolment processes and contribute to a positive family experience.
Booking in tours for parents, around a specific schedule
Maintaining our high quality of service to our families.
Ensure all additional forms for completing the enrolment process are handed in by the parent/families
About you:
Previous experience as a Childcare Enrolment Officer or Specialist.
Must have experience and be comfortable with high volume of calls and enquiries
Demonstrate competent administrative skills (Knowledge of Childcare CRM and QikKids is desirable)
Experience in a call centre, customer-focused environment, sales or enrolments position.
Experience using softwares such as Excel, Word and Outlook
Have a strong ability to build rapport over the phone with parents and families, mainly loves a good chat!
Be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment, with attention to detail
Have the ability to work efficiently on your own as well as part of a team
Can-do attitude and a team-focused approach
