Role Overview
As an Inbound Call Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients. Your role is pivotal in delivering a warm, professional, and informative experience that reflects the high standards of our brand. This is a full-time office based role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
Book consultations and follow-up appointments using our scheduling system.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR in line with our business policies.
Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
Log call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
At least 2 years previous experience in a contact center, ideally within healthcare, beauty, or wellness.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software.
Passion for aesthetics and client care.
