Process: Customer Care Executive - Reliance Retail (Inbound Process)
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
HSC / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Shift Details:
Shift Window: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Working Hours: * hours (rotational shift)
Work Schedule:
6 days working
1 rotational week off
Salary & Benefits:
HSC: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,500 Take-home
Graduate: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take-home
