Contact centre hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday +am to 5pm.

Work from home flexibilities (after the training & prohibition period)
Training: 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm for a period of 3 months. After training is completed, you will transition to the chosen rotating/fixed shift pattern.
