Job Title: Inbound Voice Process– Medical Emergency Response
Location: bangalore
Languages: excellent communication in english and one regional language
shift : Rotational shift, night shift will be work from home
Role Summary:
We are hiring Heartbeat Angels to handle real-time medical emergency alerts. This is a high-responsibility inbound voice–led role where you act as the first responder—assessing emergencies over the phone and coordinating ambulances, doctors, hospitals, and insurers to ensure fast medical help.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound emergency alerts and calls from users
Assess patient condition, location, and urgency over the phone
Coordinate ambulance dispatch, tele-doctor support, and hospital admission
Make critical outbound calls to partners (ambulance, hospitals, TPAs)
Update cases accurately in the emergency response system
Stay calm, empathetic, and decisive under pressure
Eligibility:
Any graduate
Strong spoken English
Comfortable with night/weekend shifts (rotational)
Ability to think clearly in stressful situations
Stable internet, laptop, and quiet workspace (mandatory for remote role)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
