Job Responsibilities
• Taking inbound calls to ensure that due procedure and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
• Attend training session and take support, wherever required
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure that clients / customers are happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response & resolutions to their challenges at all times.
• Cross Sale and Upsell
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory
• Candidates from Western Line can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Sales experience candidates preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Shift allowance
Work Location: In person
