What you will do
As the first voice our future customers hear, you will connect with people looking for insurance and guide them to the right cover with genuine care, not pushy sales tactics.
Handle warm inbound calls and understand customer needs
Match them with suitable products and explain cover options clearly
Achieve personal KPIs while contributing to team success
Work an 8-hour rotating roster Monday to Friday, 2 shift patterns available between 8am and 8pm or between 6am and 6pm

Career growth: Senior in 12 months (plus 10 per cent pay) and Specialist in 18 months (plus 20 per cent pay)
Earnings: $65,000 base plus uncapped commissions
