Role DescriptionThis is a full

site role for an Inbound Sales Executive at Dreamcast in Jaipur
The role involves day
to
day tasks related to sales
client relationship management
and promoting event
tech solutions to potential customers
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone
and chat
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points
Present our products
services effectively to potential customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless transition through the sales process
Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales
preferably in an inbound sales role from Saas background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem
solving abilities and a customer
centric mindset
Ability to work in a fast
paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in using CRM softwares
