Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Management:
• Handle and respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand the unique features and offerings of the our lodges and effectively communicate them to potential guests.
• Tailor sales proposals to meet the needs and preferences of individual clients.
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, tour operators, and travel agencies.
• Provide personalized service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Maintain a client database and stay in regular contact to encourage repeat visits.
Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings.
• Monitor pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
• Upsell additional services, packages, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective strategies for promoting the lodge.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand sales channels.
Guest Satisfaction:
• Ensure guests have a smooth and memorable booking experience.
• Gather feedback from guests and use it to enhance services and offerings.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local and international travel market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for wildlife and nature conservation is a plus.
