Responsibilities- - Generate sales opportunities through targeted Inbound campaigns, Email campaigns, mainly focusing on Linkedin campaigning - Use a strong research-backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high-quality sales-qualified leads- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team- Report to the sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsRequired Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree is preferred- Prior experience in InBound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in saas sales is preferred)- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presenceCandidate Must Haves :- Experience in B2B market- - Well versed with SAAS platform- Minimum 3years Cold calling experience- Minimum 3years Lead Generation experience- Well versed with inside sales processAdditional Guidelines :- Interview Process - 2 rounds- Reporting to Sales Dev Manager- Work from office- Work timings : +am to 7pmJob Type: Full-timeSalary: - 1,000,000.00 - 1,621,772.04 per yearLocation-Bengaluru, Bengaluru (ref:updazz.com)
