Responsibilities

· Respond to customer requests in a timely manner with high quality

· Determining client needs and suggesting suitable travel packages

· Organizing travels from beginning to the end, including accommodation, transportation and entrance tickets.

• Processing hotel and transport reservations

• Ongoing communication with customers

• Communicating in a professional manner

• Support sales teams by completing specific tasks as requested
