Job Title: Customer Support (Voice Process)
Work Location: Kolkata
E-Commerce customer support - voice support.
Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shift.
Week Off: 6 days working 1 rotational shift
RequirementsGood Communication skills.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Good technical knowledge.
Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Candidate should be ready to work from office.
