In|charge OT

Position : OT Incharge

· Making duty roster with MTL’s and STL’s.

· Allocation of different duties to the staff.

· Compliance of HOD/ Surgeons/ Anesthetises and Administration orders in the department.

· · Compliance of hospital rules/ regulations and protocols in the departments.

· Safety and security of hospital property

· To make sure smooth running of the department.

· Liaison with maintenance department/ BME for concerned problems.

· Inventory management of the department.

· Any issue to be discussed with doctor incharge/ administration

· Recommendations to be accumulated & reviewed. Make protocols and get it passed from concerned authority.

· To prepare attendance, monthly pay and over time of OT staff.

· Monthly surgery summary, indicators collect from different responsible staff and compile for final report.

· CAPA’s of indicators with concerned specialty doctors (RCA, PDCA, FMEA) and incidence reporting

· Visit in OT’s to check any working problem

· Randomly check the OT record registers, checklist, periodicity, validation

· High risk process in OT define and surveillance.

· Coordinator roll (Facilitator, Surveillance, Disciplinary)

· To verify by MTL overtime of employees and get it verified from OT Head.

· CSSD/ Laundry incharge will come and meet on daily basis and take the concerns which were faced by OT team

· CAPA’s feedback should be reported to the concerned person who raise or documented the problem

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

OT: 5 years (Preferred)
