ROLE SUMMARY:
As part of our team at Reddam Early Learning School (ELS), the Inclusion Support Educator plays a key role in ensuring that all children receive tailored support to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive early learning environment.

This position follows the Reggio Emilia approach, placing a strong emphasis on inclusive, child-led learning and fostering a love for learning. The Inclusion Support Educator works closely with other educators to create a supportive, respectful, and engaging learning environment where every child is empowered to succeed.

This role is based at our St Leonards ELS and is a casual position (2 days a week – Thursday and Fridays, 6 hours per day).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide tailored, individual support to children with additional needs, ensuring their inclusion and active participation in the classroom activities and learning experiences.
Work closely with the Room Leader and other educators to implement an inclusive, inquiry-based programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all children feel valued, respected, and supported to achieve their full potential.
Ensure all care and safety standards are met, in line with regulatory requirements and Reddam House’s high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
A qualification in Early Education will be desirable.
