You’ll work alongside educators to support play-based learning activities tailored to each child’s interests and abilities. Your role is vital in creating an inclusive space where all children can learn, grow and build positive relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Assist children with additional support needs during daily routines such as meals, rest, and hygiene.
Support children’s participation in play and learning activities, adapting to their individual needs.
Encourage positive interactions, respect, and fairness among all children.
Work closely with families and educators to support each child’s development.
What You'll Bring:
NSW Working with Children Check.
Commitment to undertake First Aid and Child Protection training.
Experience working in early childhood education and care settings.
Experience supporting children with additional or high support needs.

Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated in the week commencing 13th April 2026.
Package: $58,545 gross p.a. (full time equivalent) plus 12% superannuation.
Hourly Rate: $29.62 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation. The Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Worker Retention Allowance will be applied to these roles in addition with Federal Government guidelines.
Hours of work: Temporary Part Time - multiple roles available across our 11 centres. Applicants must be able to work a range of shifts from 6am - 7pm.
