Role overview:
Wealth Services business is an integral part of our Retirement & Investment practice. The goal of the
Business is to provide industry-leading pensions administration services to our integrated Retirement
Solutions clients. Our client base covers a broad range of industries, including banks, consulting companies, consumer goods and financial services.
Results-oriented individual with rich experience in pension administration. Effective liaison to key stakeholders on status update of project/ process, documenting risks and challenges and solutioning. The Consultant I provide support and coaching to the team members and encourage all to take an active role in their own Continued Professional Development (CPD). Individual is responsible to provide domain trainings and is responsible to develop the capabilities of other colleagues (ARL 8.1 and 8.2)
People Management – Good at networking, will be collaborating with colleagues on regular basis
Project Management – Active participation in all projects with focus on KPIs
Identify and highlight risks and challenges and responsible for timely communication on incidents proactively
Collaborates with extended teams and other leads in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metrics
Encourages and deliver tasks with SLAs and maintains the standard of quality
Acts as the first point of contact for colleagues, on process related queries
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
Strong process and domain expertise
Effective Stakeholder management
Focus on enhancing his/ her skills through training, education and coaching
Risk Analysis and mitigation – ability to identify and highlight any potential risks in process

convert them to actionable minutes-of-the-meetings
