Naana Sparkle is seeking reliable, detail oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our growing residential cleaning team in Lawrenceville, GA and surrounding areas.

Duties
Perform high-quality residential cleaning services in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Follow Naana Sparkle cleaning standards and service expectations
Complete deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out, and add-on services as assigned
Use strong attention to detail to ensure homes are left spotless and client-ready
Communicate professionally regarding scheduling, arrival times, and job updates
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in clients’ homes
Ability to work with a 2-person team when needed
Requirements
Prior residential cleaning experience preferred
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
Must operate as an independent contractor or established cleaning business
Must own cleaning equipment and supplies
Reliable transportation required
Smartphone required for job communication and updates
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Availability on short notice, including weekends.
Must carry active general liability insurance (proof required before first assignment)
