Independent Delivery Driver – Flexible Schedule

We’re contracting reliable, professional drivers to assist with deliveries for a busy catering company serving high-profile clients in the Los Angeles area. If you’re an experienced independent contractor (like Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash) looking for flexible, high-quality work with a respected business, this is a great opportunity.

✅ Position: Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Greater Los Angeles area
Pay: Flat $25 per 40-minute delivery
Schedule: As-needed (mostly daytime hours)
Vehicle Requirements: Must own a reliable car suitable for catering deliveries (subcompacts not ideal)
Job Details:

Deliver food orders to film and television productions and trusted client accounts
Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
Handle deliveries with care and efficiency
Follow instructions and communicate with dispatch/kitchen as needed
What You’ll Need:

Your own insured vehicle (we do not provide a vehicle)
Current driver’s license and clean driving record
Auto insurance in your name
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs if needed
Experience with catering, courier, or rideshare preferred
Compensation & Terms:

Flat $25 per delivery (approx. 40 minutes of drive time)
Additional compensation for extra tasks
If the allotted time has expired, then extra compensation will be provided based on the work provided.
You are responsible for your own:
Gas and fuel costs
Insurance
Vehicle maintenance
You will receive a 1099 for tax purposes
This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position
Legal Note: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for all expenses associated with your vehicle, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and any costs incurred while completing deliveries.
