Machine Operator – Join the Team at Ozzie Tabs!
Location: Tullamarine, VIC
Part -time Position 3 days per week

Ozzie Tabs is a leading Australian manufacturer of high-quality index tab dividers to the Legal and Printing industries to name a few. With a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and innovation, we’re growing – and we’re looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our team.
The Role:
The role initially starts as a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining specialised tac cutting machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate production of our products. You will be given full training on our equipment and our production systems. As you develop and grow your experience, opportunities will arise for the right person to become Senior Production Manager and run the entire production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate tab cutting machines in accordance with production schedules
Perform quality checks and monitor output to ensure product consistency
Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Accurately complete production documentation and logs
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or Printing industry (Not Essential)
Mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
