India Bank and Early Career's Talent Acquisition Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. This is a double hat role as India Bank/CBNA Hiring Lead + India Early Careers TA Lead. Successful candidate will be expected to manage a team size of 20 Recruiters on the Bank Recruitment side to manage ~ 1600 roles annually and a team of 4 Recruiters on the India Campus side to manage 500-600 camps hires annually.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed recruiting strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead recruiting team through collaboration and influence
• Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners such as HR Advisors and Compensation
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads to fill senior level roles
• Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions
• Work with Diversity team to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes
• Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for retained and contingency search firms
• Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of compensation structures
• Demonstrated ability to craft complex offers
• Ability to consistently and identify and attract passive candidates
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

Citi has an exciting opportunity for a SVP, Campus Lead, India for our business which will be based in Mumbai. This strategic role encompasses responsibility for both the sourcing, attraction and recruitment of all campus hires, as well as managing the end-to-end life cycle of the campus programs.
This is a key leadership role in our regional team, operationally responsible for recruitment in India.
The commercial intent of these programs is to recruit and develop diverse entry-level talents as potential leaders for the bank through structured training, challenging roles and ongoing performance management. The role will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to end campus program construct, including recruiting practices, employer branding strategies as well as program management and ongoing development for Analysts/Associates for the O&T business across the region.
