Required Skills/Experience:
Must have 4+years of experience with core Oracle DBA functions with 11g/12c Must have 4+years of experience with Oracle Apps DBA functions with R12 Install, support, patch, and upgrade a multi-tier EBS 12.1.3 & 12.2 environments.
Diagnose and solve issues within the Oracle E-Business suite of technologies, including EBS, Weblogic, and other Oracle Middleware products.
Experience in configuring and supporting standby/data guard databases, RAC installation and ongoing support, migration, and upgrade of oracle databases, designing and setting up backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plan processes and procedures.
must have experience with configuration, sizing and space management, complex SQL tuning, diagnostics, and proficient with the use of Oracle's Enterprise Manager tool, must have experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle TAR's.
Strong hands-on performance analysis and tuning skills at the application and database layers.
Must have experience and ability to interact effectively with resources from the functional and technical tracks on the project team.
Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication and technical documentation skills and willing to work in late shift and off-hours as and when needed.
Desired Skills / Experience:
Experience with OAM/OID Administration Good hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services ( e.g EC2, RDS, S3 etc).
Experience with one or more automation platforms:
Shell Scripting, Perl/Python, SQL, Ansible Knowledge of Exadata architecture and administration. Hands-on Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control 12c/13c
