WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will play a key role in driving employee relations and related legal compliances across all BCG entities based out of India. Reporting to the India HR Director, the role will work across the following areas:
• Enable and drive firm-wide Employee Relations to meet the needs of our growing and evolving India entities. Working closely with HR, legal, risk, compliance, Regional/Business Unit leaders and other stakeholders, you will manage end to end process as per BCG protocols and global guidelines
• Drive best practice approaches to Employee Relations issues across the business including
• In collaboration with legal and global employee relations team, develop a suite of local best practice Employee Relations policies and tools (e.g., PIPs, redundancies, investigations, terminations, etc.)
• Maintain understanding of key industry and local market trends and best practices and incorporate them into BCG’s operations
