Technical Experience
Experience in Retail Banking or Cards or Payments or Regulatory and Compliance or CDD or KYC or AML areas of banking domain is required Work with the Visual Designer on UI and UX Work with Business Risk Compliance Development Teams Work on or Own Epics User stories and swim-lane
Experience in working with global stake holders directly Professional Attributes
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams Self-starter or highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues Takes ownership of problems through resolution
Knowledge and skill requirements Self-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalism 8 years of experience in banking preferably in core banking BA Demonstrated experience in relationship building and networking skills
