HR Operations
- Administration of payroll & statutory compliances.
- Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding
Payroll.
- Coordinate with Payroll Vendor for timely payroll processing by collating, preparing and providing the monthly payroll inputs as per the format and within the timelines established.
- Perform final check on the payroll, take approval and coordinate with finance for release to employees.
- Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Vendor for the same.
- Administration & query resolution for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory provisions.
- End to end management of Quarterly / Bi-annual and Annual Audits like statutory audits, internal audits, compliance audits etc
- Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, work schedule, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
- Provide information and guidance to employees on HR topics including business operations, processes, benefits, payroll, etc.
- Support organizational development and pertormance management processes.
- Manage salary negotiations for Middle and Senior level hires.
- Process and monitor offer preparation, background verification, new joinee feedbacks etc.
- Handle Onboarding activities exit formalities and complete all the Full & Final statements.
- Receives, reviews, approves and processes all relevant source data documentation pertaining to hiring, termination, employee status changes, special compensation, and/or special contract assignments for entry into Internal HR Software (SWAT).
- Confirms accuracy and integrity of data entered; maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures updated information is available on a timely basis.
- Maintain and update Employee records and other relevant details in HR Software (SWAT).
- Supports with the maintenance and management of the Employee Mobility Program, which includes, but is not limited to: relocations, transfers, expatriates, etc.
- Manage employees' queries / concerns / grievances by coordinating with the concerned person / department to give resolutions.
- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Develops, prepares and delivers HR metrics such as attrition, retention, employee engagement, rewards & recognition activities, or other ad hoc HR reports as needed
- Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report to be shared with the key stakeholders.
