Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Indian Biryani Chef to join our restaurant kitchen team in Maldives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10th, 12th, or Bachelor's degree and a proven track record of preparing and cooking delicious biryanis. Knowledge of other Indian meals is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian biryanis using traditional methods and recipes.
Develop and innovate new biryani recipes to enhance our restaurant's menu.
Ensure the quality of food preparation and presentation meet high standards.
Ensure the kitchen and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Work is in Maldives.
Minimum 10th, 12th, or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in preparing and cooking Indian biryanis.
Knowledge of other Indian meals is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
