Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and versatile Indian Chef who can prepare a range of authentic Indian dishes, with focus on idli, sambhar, and particularly with other Indian meals. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of Indian cuisine, including preparation, cooking, and presentation, and will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

The Chef must be a Multitalented Person.
Prepare and cook a range of authentic Indian dishes, including idli, sambhar, and other Indian meals, using traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.
Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future menu offerings.
Manage the kitchen, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the work of other kitchen staff.
Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and standards, and is of the highest quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
Requirements:
10th, 12th, or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef
Prepare and cook authentic Indian meals, including idli, sambhar, and other dishes as required.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients, with a particular focus on Indian cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
