Job Description
Skills :
• Ability to cook/prepare a variety of Pan - Indian cuisines quickly.
• Knowledge and ability to cut & cook meat - specifically seafood.
• Is flexible to learn and adapt to existing recipes.
• Determines plating and presentation plans.
• Has good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, standard practices and organisation.
• Fair degree of literacy in English with the ability to read menu cards and recipes.
• Can speak in Kannada or Hindi or English.
Responsibilities :
• Is able to run a single shift along with assigned staff.
• Should be willing to take over duties of other team members on some days when needed.
• Develops new recipes and menus.
• Oversees back-of-house operations.
• Helps with stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies.
• Adheres to food quality, portion control and wastage control.
Work experience : 1 - 2 years of work experience in a reputed kitchen/restaurant.
Salary : Depends on work experience
