Job Description- A Cook is a restaurant worker who is responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines. They are responsible for the preparation of food for restaurant customers. We are looking for a skilled Indian Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu.
Job Duties And Responsibilities-
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
Assist with meal planning and menu development
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Job Requirements And Skills-
Previous experience of Tandoori cooking and Indian Curries is MUST.
Previous experience in the food service industry as a cook or similar role
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedure
