Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and presented attractively.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team and head chef to create and update menu items.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Kitchen Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Customer Service: Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and attention to detail.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
