Role Description
This is an on-site role located in India or Thailand for an Indian Payment Gateway Manager. The responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and managing various Indian payment gateways, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and troubleshooting payment issues. The Manager will collaborate with the technical and finance teams to optimize transaction workflows, monitor payments, and ensure timely resolution of payment-related discrepancies.
Qualifications
• Experience in payment gateway integrations and management
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical payment issues
• Strong understanding of financial processes, compliance requirements, and local payment regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools and software related to payment data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in the payment processing or fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
