Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation (Indian section).
2. Prepare, cook & serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
3. Ensure food should be presented, preparation & service must up to par in the kitchen.
4. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
5. Prepares and cooks foods of Indian Cuisine, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
6. Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
7. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
8. Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
