Glizzy’s Indoor Golf is a locally owned indoor golf facility in southeast Calgary. We’re looking for a smart, reliable team member to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests and help create community and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service/hospitality, social media/marketing and scheduling/event planning. Applicants will be contacted by e-mail.
Duties
Assist customers with Trackman golf simulators (training provided)
Manage schedules and bookings (online, phone, and in person)
Support day-to-day operations and maintain a clean, organized facility
Prepare and serve food/beverage as well as track/manage inventory
Assist with social media, marketing/promoting and event planning
Requirements
ProServe certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-managed, self-reliant and proactive
Reliable, dependable, organized and motivated
Critical thinking and problem solving
Bonus Skills (Assets)
Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Experience with booking, scheduling and POS systems
Interest in golf, marketing/social media and event planning
Web design, graphic design
