Job Description
• Responsible for the product, process and channel management for foreign exchange business.
• Set-up the consolidated Retail Forex business of the bank to become a net revenue generator
• Manage the P&L of forex business to the mapped FX Channels
• Drive all channel specific campaigns, marketing promos, customer awareness campaign and branch visibility
• Constantly benchmark competition to create best in class product and frictionless process to provide best customer journey and experience.
• Collaborate closely with all business units /Channels for new customer acquisition.
• Develop and create Third Party Channel (AMCs) to sell our Forex Products.
• Bring necessary tie-ups for providing multifarious product offering and create channel for inorganic growth.
• Responsible for end to end success of sales of products
• Responsible for revenue and volume target achievement based on annual business plan
• Activate forex products across branches as per plan
• Achievement of employee productivity as per plan
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Forex product offering, closely working with the distribution/sales channels and key customers
• Drive and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments including distribution/sales channels to execute
• Conduct Forex product trainings for launch, expansion and capacity building
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the Forex products.
• Ensure 100% compliance on the regulatory and ORMC guidelines on creation and sale of products & services as circulated from time to time
