Role Details :
• The individual shall be responsible for developing & managing platforms for Individual lending. The individual will work closely with the Product Head Digital Lending to create frictionless client journeys.
Overall Job Description :
• Define product roadmap for digital lending platforms of the Bank for individual segment
• Define use cases for leveraging the platform for own clients as well as for new clients via Bank's distribution channels as well as via partnerships
• Work closely with solution delivery group to ensure platform design is as per client / partner requirement
• Ensure core platforms / business rule engines as APIs are productionized to facilitate open banking initiatives of the Bank
• Drive adoption of platforms via client campaigns or via partners / digital marketing
• Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures.
EDUCATION :
• Essential requirement : MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College + B.E/ B. Tech.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
• Essential requirement: 35 years of work experience in developed and managed platforms for Individual segment in any bank / NBFC / Fintech
