Role Details :
• Leader for SME Banking Program driven centrally, executed through distribution network in Branch banking
• Responsible for driving the branch deliverables across SME focused branches in the country (288 branch as of FY 21)
• Strong target & deadline orientation in driving key product lines Assets, FEE, Current Account book grow & new client Acquisition; responsible for target delivery along with Zonal heads

• Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by the consumer bank (CASA, Fee, Assets, Revenue products, Assets (secured and unsecured), Insurance products and Investments products
• Innovate and oversee the optimization of existing channels & verticals to achieve the business growth plan
• Formulate and execute action plans catering to SME branches for the country in line to the banks agenda
• Should have analytical and strategic bent of the thought process to think of new product/strategies to scale up the business
Overall Job Description :
• Manage and own the SME banking program and delivery of 288 SME branches and distribution team
• Create synergy between the central SME program and the geographical distribution hierarchy
• Responsible for SME business drive across the channel distribution heads and zonal heads
• Monitor Branch & Channel wise performance for the SME tagged branches on business objectives and parameters
• Should come up with new areas of business expansion, strategic partnerships
• Review areas of opportunity in regions and zones and create plans to tap opportunities to deliver business objective
• Review and take corrective action with the regional heads and zonal heads to ensure delivery of key objectives:
• Distribution Expansion of SME banking product suite - Asset products (LAP, BBG), TFX etc.
• New To Bank Current Account acquisition through Non - Emerging Corporate channel/branch staff
• Activity Plan
• Volume, Yields, Fees and Client engagement
• Hire, Monitor and Motivate Program team at bank level for SME banking to deliver planned KRAs
• Identify and execute initiatives to cater to the business objectives centrally as part of the program
