Overall Job Description:
The candidate will be required to acquire new clients, build and manage the portfolio and develop business in the region. They would be coordinating with various product teams like TBG, GMG etc. Also liaison with internal support teams including Operations to ensure service delivery. S/he should have sound negotiation skills, strong risk understanding, local market intelligence & business network. He is required to identify opportunity, achieve cross sell along with focus on liability growth for the bank. The candidate is also responsible to maintain strict compliances with relevant RBI guidelines, internal policy & processes.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility includes new client acquisitions, as well as maintaining and enhancing the existing portfolio
- Product knowledge and ability to structure the facilities as per the client's need and bank's strategy ensuring optimum profitability & sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.
- S/he should have market knowledge required to identify potential customers, industry & segment
- S/he should be able to network with industry bodies, professionals, advisory & law firm to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve the assigned budgets for Liabilities, Transaction banking & other fee, cross-sell
- Engage with credit, product and other teams to execute transactions and ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Coordinate with various internal teams for relevant approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement, post-disbursement compliances and monitoring.
- Account planning, increasing wallet share, negotiation & cross-sell other banking products like CMS, Corporate salary account, corporate credit cards and insurance.
