This role involves operating and maintaining asphalt plant equipment to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production data and monitoring equipment performance.

Experience working in an industrial setting, preferably in a manufacturing role
Excellent mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Fully licensed to operate heavy machinery
