About the Position
Pacific Southwest Container is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electro-Mechanic to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Electro-Mechanic or related field.
• Strong understanding of electricity, electronics, AC & DC motor controls, PLC's, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
• Technical expertise with Flexographic and Lithographic printing machines, Corrugators/Laminators, and die cutting machines.
• Forklift and boom/scissor lift certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
