We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Moorpark, CA. As a member of our team, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to improving lives and the environment around the world.
• Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Safely installing, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Utilizing preventative maintenance processes on all facility equipment to maintain minimal interruptions to production and business operations.
• Utilizing Lean tools (RCCM, 5-whys, A3, etc.) to improve downtime trends and reduce costs as needed.
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience as a maintenance, industrial, or facilities tech.
• Full knowledge of safe work practices (i.e., hazardous materials awareness with OSHA's Right-to-Know standard, fork truck/PIT certified, PPE requirements, fire safety, lockout/tagout procedure, hot work procedure).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Lifting of up to 30-50 pounds consistently.
