Responsibilities
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for testing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems
This includes working with circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, and other electronic components
work hours: 8am to 4pm
Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including circuits, relay logic, motors, and servo drives
Program, write, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment
Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine components
Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, including leveling, adjustment, and quality conformance
Perform administrative tasks such as documenting work performed electronically or by written methods
Continuously work to improve safety, quality, and productivity within assigned work areas
Develop detailed project schedules for assigned work areas or projects
Collaborate with Engineering in project planning
Support machine production trials with vendors and internally
Certify the safety of equipment per MMR/MMS standards, adhering to NFPA79 and ISO standards through Safety Integrity Checks
